Technologies supplied

As part of the project, three barns with a total capacity of 4,500 housing places were equipped with new dry feeding technology:

  • Four silos ROXELL with load-cell weighing for precise feed level monitoring
  • Blu’Hox 120+ feeders for wet feeding of pigs from 20 to 145 kg
  • Discaflex feed transport system for smooth feed distribution
  • AGE-VENT 300+ control unit for consumption monitoring
  • BN2 modular penning for comfortable animal housing

The modernization was carried out in stages, without interrupting operations. Thanks to a reliable system of limit switches, pigs have constant access to feed without any wastage.
