Revitalization of a Section of the Žabčice Poultry Farm

AGE s.r.o. is participating in the construction of new poultry houses for layer breeder production at the INTEGRA Žabčice a.s. farm.
This project is part of a major investment titled “Revitalization of a Section of the Žabčice Poultry Farm.”

Modern Facilities for Breeder Production

The goal of the entire revitalization is to increase breeding capacity, improve hygiene standards, and enhance biosecurity in the production of hatching eggs. The newly constructed houses are designed as modern, closed facilities that meet high standards of animal welfare, operational efficiency, and veterinary requirements.

The general contractor of the project is JOKA Moravský Krumlov, s.r.o., while AGE s.r.o. serves as a subcontractor responsible for the superstructure construction of the individual poultry houses.

Hall A (SO-03)

The third poultry house is planned for construction by the investor in the final stage.

Implementation in Three Phases

The entire project is divided into three main phases:

Phase 1
Construction of the first Hall C and its successful commissioning took place on February 16–17, 2024.
The production hall has a capacity of 22,000 parent hens and roosters.

Phase 2
Demolition of the original buildings and construction of the second aviary Hall B, including a service building equipped with:

Climate-controlled hatching egg storage
Disinfection room
Social facilities, workshop, and egg grading area
Fully automated egg handling system

Phase 3
Planned completion of the third Hall A.

Final Capacity

After completing all three phases, the farm will have a total capacity of up to 66,000 parent hens and roosters, all of which will be operated exclusively using aviary technology.
The Integra Žabčice Farm will thus rank among the most modern layer breeder facilities in the Czech Republic.
