For OVUS Livestock Enterprise Ltd. in the municipality of Těhul, our company started the 1st stage of the new building of hen houses during June 2022, with its construction part. Here we are realizing a hall of 118.3 m length, 7.5 m height and 54.9 m width.

For OVUS Livestock Enterprise Ltd. in the municipality of Těhul, our company started the 1st stage of the new building of hen houses in June 2022. We are implementing an agricultural shed for laying hens with a size of 118.3 m length, 7.5 m height to gable and 54.9 m width. It also includes a connecting corridor for the possible connection of another hall. The new hall has a capacity of 50,000 beams. OVUS is an exclusively Czech farm with 50 years of tradition, which produces high-quality fresh hen eggs in standard sizes S, M, L, and XL. The high quality of their products is guaranteed by the declared veterinary certificate and the IFS quality certificate.

The company also breeds its own laying hens and imports day-old chicks, which have an exceptionally high-quality genetic pool. It ensures that its hens are reared in modern systems in sheds where maximum hygiene, cleanliness, and safety of raw materials at the input and, of course, the final product at the output are ensured.

We are also renovating a smaller building on the farm to serve as an egg packing house.

The dimensions of the inner part of the building are 21.9 m long, 4.12 m high to the gable, and 11.4 m wide. The original building was formerly used as a packaging warehouse. It is now undergoing refurbishment of its internal cladding with a standard PIR sandwich panel. The original building first had to be structurally assessed and based on the structural calculation the original steel structure had to be reinforced. The next step will be the electrical installation and also the installation of the gas heating. All the activities are being carried out on the basis of the documentation from the health authority.

Subsequently, the plan is to build a 300 m-long conveyor for eggs from the hall to the packing house, the preparation of which is already underway.

We are pleased to be involved in the modernization of the farm's operation, which prides itself on high quality.
